Walang Rape sa Bontok Screening & Conversation with Filmmakers

Join filmmaker and History PhD candidate, Adrian Alarilla, for a film screening and collective conversation around independent film Walang Rape sa Bontok (Bontok, Rapeless) by Habi Collective followed by a virtual conversation with filmmakers, Carla Ocampo & Lester Valle. Adrian will touch on the film’s themes of indigenous lifeways in the Cordillera mountains of the Philippines, feminism, colonialism, and environmental histories.
