Covers employment discrimination based on a person's race, national origin, ethnicity, religion, disability, and other protected characteristics.
Title VI
Covers race, color, or national origin, including discrimination based on a person's actual or perceived race, color, national origin, shared ancestry or ethnic characteristics.
Title IX
Covers discrimination, harassment, and violence based on a person’s sex. UH also offers support related to pregnancy and experiences with sexual misconduct and domestic violence.
