Information Technology Services periodically hosts an IT All-Campus Workshop to share best practices, hear the latest about current and upcoming system-wide IT services, and discuss how to solve the challenges and take advantage of the new opportunities facing us daily.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the annual summer all-day, in-person event was transitioned to a virtual format in 2020. Given the overwhelming positive reception to the revised format and requests for more frequent workshops, two shorter virtual events were held in 2021 and one in 2023. Tentative plans are being made for a possible in-person full day workshop in July 2023. Further information will be posted on this website when it become available. The typical workshop agenda kickoffs with opening remarks and ITS Updates. This will is followed a combination of detailed presentations and short briefings followed by a quick wrap up that concludes the workshop.

There is no cost to attend these workshops but you will still need to sign-up since connection information is only emailed to registered participants.
