UH Campus Mail Services is pleased to announce that it now has 360 new mailboxes to serve UH faculty, staff, and departments.

Starting at just $10 a month, faculty and staff may rent a mailbox for personal or departmental use. Mailboxes are available in two sizes, 6 x 5 inches or 13 x 5 inches, and come with one key. Mailboxes are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis and may be rented in six or 12-month increments. A one-time security deposit of $10 is required.

Campus Mail Services mailboxes are located in Administrative Services Building 1, between Campus Center and Bachman Annex 2.

Campus Mail Services' successful barcoding pilot project has led to the development of a barcoding program, which we are now expanding to include all Campus Mail users. Barcoding is part of our ongoing effort to reflect industry standards and deliver professional service to our customers. It enhances our ability to capture and provide metrics on the volume of pieces passing through our mailroom and has potential to be an effective deterrent to inappropriate use of services (personal mailings).
