Proposed Administrative Rules Changes


Pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statutes Chapter 91, notice is hereby given that the University of Hawai‘i will hold public hearings relating to adoption of Chapter 20-26, Hawai‘i Administrative Rules, entitled "Public and Commercial Activities on Mauna Kea Lands" on the following dates, times, and locations:

Written public testimony regarding the proposed rules will be accepted via email at uhhar@hawaii.edu or through the University of Hawai‘i Government Relations website at www.hawaii.edu/govrel/uhhar-testimony until 7:30 p.m. on Friday, September 28, 2018. Written public testimony may also be submitted via US Mail within seven (7) business days prior to the final hearing date (September 28, 2018) to: UH System Government Relations Office, 2442 Campus Road, Administrative Services Building 1, Room 101, Honolulu, Hawai‘i 96822.

Persons who intend to present oral testimony may sign up at the beginning of any of the scheduled public hearings.

Any testimony that is submitted verbally or in writing, electronically or in person, for use in the public hearing process is public information. Please do not include private information that you do not want disclosed to the public.
