Building Operator Certification (BOC®) is an ENERGY STAR® award-winning professional development and certification program focusing on energy efficiency, prolonging equipment life, and delivering cost savings through preventive maintenance. The BOC® program was created by the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council (NEEC).
Attend Level I if you are a building operator with a minimum of two years of experience in operations and maintenance, a building engineer, maintenance technician, stationary engineer, operations or maintenance supervisor, facility coordinator, HVAC technician, electrician, operations tech, or if you perform "hands on" work in facility operations and maintenance.
BOC I SUBSIDY:
As our long standing partner for the BOC program, Hawaii Energy will be offering registration subsidy to eligible applicants. Please complete the application form and email it to lucilled@hawaii.edu by February 1. We will review your application and send out the notification by mid February.
