March 16, 10:30am - 1:30pmMānoa Campus, Campus Center Food Court

Manoa Dining Services is bringing Chef Ronald Thomas Minezes from India to UH Manoa. This effort is part of Sodexo's Global Chef Program, which flies in culinary leaders from around the world to educate as well as delight with authentic plates of food from around the globe.
Chef Minezes will be at UHM on Monday, March 13, through Thursday, March 16, dazzling diners with authentic Indian fare at Hale Aloha Cafe, Gateway Cafe and Campus Center. If you haven't tasted Lamb Chop Hara Masala, Goan Shrimp Curry, Murgh Malai Tikka, Mahi Mahi Amritsari and for dessert, Keer and Gajar Ka Halwa, this is your opportunity to try these Indian dishes.
Chef Ronald Thomas Minezes attended culinary art school to achieve his dream of becoming a chef. He started his career by working at the best Five-Star restaurants in Mumbai. He later worked for a cruise line based out of Miami, Florida. He has worked for Sodexo India since 2007, and is currently the head of Culinary Services.
