CCBAC's Self Defense Taekwondo Workshop

Come to our FREE Self Defense Taekwondo Workshop and learn how to safely avoid confrontation and protect yourself in risky situations. For this event, we will have Taekwondo instructor, Master Ippen, highlighting skills to stay safe and how to be aware of your surroundings. We are focusing on self security which is key to your personal protection.
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Drinks and refreshments will be provided! (while supplies last)
*Participants must sign a Consent, Waiver, Release and Indemnity form in order to participate in this event*
For this workshop, we are partnered with the Department of Public Safety, PAU Violence and Taekwondo Honolulu. They will be tabling at this event and can provide you with additional information about the resources they offer.
