Orientation: Crown Prince Akihito Scholarship 2020-21

There will be an Orientation Session (Q&A) for the 2020-2021 Crown Prince Akihito Scholarship on Wednesday, October 16th from 12:00-1:30pm in Moore Hall 319.

The scholarship covers one year of study in Japan, for American graduate students at UH M?noa, with an annual $30,000 award plus $15,000 annual allowance which will cover tuition and one-time round-trip airfare from Honolulu to Japan. There is the option to re-apply for an additional year up to two years. The deadline to apply for the 2020-2021 scholarship is Tuesday, November 5, 2019. A copy of the PDF-writeable application is available on-line at the Crown Prince Akihito Scholarship Foundation website at, www.cpasfoundation.org. It is also available on the UHM Center for Japanese Studies' website, at http://www.hawaii.edu/cjs
