Mauna Kea and the TMT have been all over the news and our campuses for the last few months, and something new happens every week. There is a lot of information, misinformation, and tensions, especially online. It can be hard to keep up with, and to find your own positions and roles in this - but we are a part of UH and cannot escape this conflict. We want to create a space for graduate students & ALU members to respectfully discuss, ask questions, tell stories face-to-face. All levels of knowledge are welcome, please stop by if you know a lot or nothing at all. We will be holding these discussions regularly from now on. If you want to invite us for a discussion event in your building, at your institute or department, or with a group of people, let us know!
