November 4, 4:00pm - 6:00pm
Mānoa Campus, Virtual on Zoom

Join the UHM Office of Civic and Community Engagement (OCCE) in partnership with American Association of University Women at UHM (AAUW at UHM RIO), Student Parents at Mānoa (SP@M), and the Office of Student Diversity, Excellence, and Equity (SEED), for a facilitated film screening and discussion on anti-bias education from expert anti-bias facilitator, John Nimmo, of Anti-Bias Leaders ECE. This event is for student parents who want to raise a generation of social justice advocates through understanding and learning how to address biases that perpetuate inequities and injustice in our society, and in turn minimize those very same inequities and injustice.
