The Financial Management Office (FMO) reports directly to the Vice President for Budget and Finance/Chief Financial Officer. The FMO staff has primary responsibility for general accounting, capital asset accounting activities, disbursing, payroll, tuition and fee payment collection and loan collection activities, issuance of University revenue bonds, tax services, treasury activities and fiscal services activities. FMO provides direction and training to ensure compliance with laws, rules, policies and regulations in preparation of the annual financial and compliance audits, audited by an external auditing firm. This site is meant to be a resource for fiscal activity that may be occurring in your department but reach out with questions that may not be addressed here.
