The University of Hawaiʻi Sea Grant College Program and Water Resources Research Center are requesting preliminary proposals for funding available beginning February 1, 2018 and ending January 31, 2020.
Pre-proposal deadline is November 30, 2016 at 5 p.m. (HST).
