Palm trees and McCarthy Mall under a pink and purple sunrise

This week’s UH News Image of the Week is from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa’s Kimo Nichols, an educational specialist at Hamilton Library.

Nichols shared, “One of the most tranquil parts of my day is my early morning walk from the parking structure to my job at Hamilton Library. The campus is deserted and quiet at that early hour, and I find my path from lower to upper campus to be calming and meditative. This photo was taken facing mauka, with Webster Hall ahead and the Art Building to the right.”
