University of Hawaiʻi President David Lassner and UH Mānoa Chancellor Robert Bley-Vroman appeared on the Leahey and Leahey Show on Wednesday, October 22 on PBS Hawaiʻi, 7:30 p.m.

The president and chancellor discussed a wide variety of issues including the importance of UH athletics to the entire state and its unique role in the community. The UH leaders also talked about economic realities of the athletic department and the entire university system and how UH’s value to Hawaiʻi cannot be understated.
