Chef Noguchi will demonstrate delicious ways to cook this powerhouse nutrient rich fruit. Touted as a wonder food under the skillful expertise of Chef Noguchi students will learn how to deliciously incorporate breadfruit into their daily diet. Chef Noguchiâ€™s culinary philosophy is to use only fresh, local vegetables, meat and fish. He has been rewarded the Star Chef Award in 2012. He currently owns the Pili Catering Company.
