Open Access Week is an international event providing the global academic and research community the opportunity to learn about and share experiences with Open Access (OA) with the aim of helping to make OA a new norm in scholarship and research.

Since 2012, UH Mānoa is one of over 700 research institutes and universities with an Open Access Policy. What is it, and what does it mean to you? Whatʻs in an open copyright license? A breakdown of Creative Commons licenses for broader dissemination of research.
