GSO Self-Compassion Hour

Oct 29: Learn mindfulness techniques, a loving-kindness meditation, & compassionate movement using Yoga asanas. This hour will be 80% activities, along with short explanations and a collective sharing session in a safe space. Completely suitable for beginners. Wear comfortable clothing. (Please note: You may opt to turn off your video at any point during the hour).
