Self-Compassion Hour: Compassion in Action

GSO Hosts Self-Compassion Hour:

Learn mindfulness techniques, a loving-kindness meditation, & compassionate movement using Yoga asanas.

This hour will be 80% activities, along with short explanations & a collective sharing session in a safe space. Completely suitable for beginners. Wear comfortable clothing.
