Hanauma Bay Thursday seminar series

November 12, 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Mānoa Campus, Hanauma Bay (Virtual)

Are you interested in learning more about Waikiki’s future through the eyes of architects and scientists? How sewage pollution threatens Hawaii’s coastal waters? How coastal ecosystems, nesting habitats for seabirds and other endangered species, will survive climate change and sea-level rise? If so, you should tune in on Thursday, November 12 to hear about the cutting-edge research happening right now across the university directly from the graduate students who are making these discoveries. Also, mark your calendars for each Thursday in November, through December 10th, to hear from Sea Grant graduate fellows as they present their fascinating research.
