If you’re nervous or unsure about implementing a virtual/hybrid event, join us for our Campus Center Meeting and Event Services (CCMES) Virtual/Hybrid Event Planning session.

General tips about virtual/hybrid event planning will be presented, along with specific tips for Zoom Meetings. CCMES’ new service offerings will also be highlighted. The session will end with optional break-out rooms for attendees to share with each other their virtual/hybrid event experiences/best practices/challenges. Learn from each other and help make your next virtual/hybrid event a success!
