Rainbow Warriors Quinn Snyder and Azuma Visaya were voted to the All-Big West Conference first team in doubles and they also earned All-Big West second team honors in singles.
In doubles they posted a 4-2 overall record and won their last four straight matches—including their opening match in last week’s Big West Championship.
In singles, Snyder had a phenomenal year. He recorded a perfect 12-0 record with four matches going unfinished. Last year, Snyder earned all-Big West second team honors in both singles and doubles.
Visaya, who returned home to Hawaiʻi for his final two seasons, played the entire season at No. 1. He finished his first year at Hawaiʻi ranked at No. 106 in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association poll. Visaya started the season red-hot, earning three Big West Player of the Week awards.
