Windward Community College will host their open house for high school students, parents and adults who want to advance in their job, finish their degree, or get training in an emerging field. The Explore Windward Open House will take place on April 22, 
9 a.m.–12:30 p.m. in Hale ʻĀkoakoa. The open house is free to the public and includes refreshments and a drawing for tuition giveaway.

Discover the possibilities while taking a relaxing stroll through Windward CC’s beautiful campus. Tour the new 65,000 square-foot library, art, theatre, veterinary technology labs, science and Hawaiian studies facilities.

 Discover unique programs like agripharmatech, vet tech, atelier, performing arts, art and more.


Meet Windward CC faculty and become acquainted with new degree programs, including the associate in arts degree in Hawaiian studies, the associate in science degree in veterinary technology and associate in science degrees with concentrations in pre-engineering, biological or physical science. A variety of certificate program information will also be available.

Learn how to pay for college and apply for financial aid and scholarships.

“We want to share our campus in a relaxed atmosphere. This day is about meeting the professors and “exploring” new and innovative programs and learning about ways to pay for college,” said Tom Doi, counselor at Windward CC.
