The University of Hawaiʻi Waikīkī Aquarium will host a special seadragon painting workshop with local nature artist Patrick Ching on Saturday, May 25, 11 a.m.–2 p.m. All proceeds will benefit the Waikīkī Aquarium and support its mission to inspire and promote understanding, appreciation and conservation of Pacific marine life.

“The talented Hawaiʻi nature artist Patrick Ching is a favorite at the Waikīkī Aquarium, and we’re happy to invite the local community to visit the aquarium for a creative and fun art experience they won’t forget,” said Andrew Rossiter, director of the Waikīkī Aquarium.

Painting workshop attendees will be provided with a canvas board, paint and all supplies in addition to guided instruction by Patrick Ching. The total cost is $125, with all proceeds benefiting the Waikīkī Aquarium.
