Students celebrating homecoming

It is homecoming week at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. Students are encouraged to take part in the events happening on campus and around town, culminating in the football game at Aloha Stadium.

Warrior ʻOhana 2019 ASUH homecoming event
Tuesday, September 17, 10:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m., Campus Center Courtyard

In anticipation of the big game, ASUH, UH Mānoa’s undergraduate student government, invites students to celebrate their Warrior spirit at the annual Homecoming event! There will be free T-shirts, food, prizes, music, games, activities and giveaways while supplies last.

Students can meet unique on-campus clubs, learn how they can get involved, and visit every table to be entered to win awesome raffle prizes. Students can visit the UH Mānoa Athletics booth and check in on their H Rewards app for the chance to win an iPad or Apple Watch.

Homecoming Alumni Pau Hana
Thursday, September 19, 5–7 p.m., Honolulu Beerworks in Kakaʻako

UH Alumni are invited to celebrate their alma mater at a pau hana at Honolulu Beerworks in Kakaʻako. Talk story, grab a drink, share some pūpūs and reminisce about those carefree campus days.

Tickets are $10.

Picnic on the Path
Friday, September 20, 11 a.m.–2 p.m., Legacy Path

Participate in the 3rd Annual Picnic on the Path, a UH Mānoa Homecoming Celebration. Enjoy food trucks and food specials, music and entertainment, prizes and giveaways, and an Athletics pep rally program. Admission is free. This event is open to the public.

Homecoming football game
Saturday, September 21, 6 p.m., Aloha Stadium

Turn out and cheer on the UH Rainbow Warriors as they take on Central Arkansas.

The UH Sports Circle of Honor Class of 2019 will be honored during a timeout in the first quarter. This year’s class is:

  • Philanthropist and booster Carolyn Berry Wilson
  • Fab Five member and longtime basketball coach Bob Nash
  • NCAA diving champion Emma Friesen
  • Former Athletics Director Hugh Yoshida
