2020 UH Mānoa men’s volleyball schedule.

The Rainbow Warriors announced their 29-match 2020 University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa men’s volleyball schedule, highlighting 10 nationally ranked teams they will face throughout the season including semifinalists Pepperdine and Lewis.

UH Mānoa will host 18 matches at the Stan Sheriff Center beginning with a first-ever meeting against Charleston (January 3–4), as well as the in-season tournaments, Hawaiian Airlines Rainbow Warrior Classic (January 9–11) and the 26th Outrigger Hotels and Resorts Invitational (February 6–8).

In between both tournaments, the Warriors will play four non-conference matches beginning with Lewis and Loyola (January 17–18). The UH-Lewis contest is a rematch of last year’s NCAA Tournament semifinals, which the Warriors won to advance to the championship match.

Following the Outrigger, the Rainbow Warriors will compete in a pair of matches against former Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) rival, Stanford (February 14–15), before returning to the Stan Sheriff Center to host an exhibition series against Nittaidai University of Japan (February 26–28). The series was made possible in partnership with the Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority.

After the exhibition series, the Warriors will go against Brigham Young University (March 5–6), another MPSF rival, for a pair of matches. They will then begin the Big West portion of their schedule at California State University, Northridge (March 13–14) and also play a single-match at Pepperdine (March 17).

UH Mānoa will wrap up the regular season by hosting six of the eight matches, including part of the Big West series with UC San Diego, Long Beach State and UC Irvine, before traveling to UC Santa Barbara in continuation of the Big West series. The Big West Tournament will be held April 23–25 in Irvine, CA, while the NCAA Championship is scheduled for May 5–9 in Fairfax, VA.
