The Administrative Affairs unit, under the leadership of Associate Vice President for Administrative Affairs Michael Unebasami, is responsible for all matters related to the management and oversight of the administrative affairs of the UH Community Colleges.
Specifically, the Administrative Affairs unit is responsible for providing system-wide leadership, guidance and direction for all business, support and physical infrastructure programs, encompassing human resources; policies and procedures; budget and finance; accounting; marketing and communications; facilities and environmental health; as well as research, training, commercial enterprises and emergency management.
