Welcome to the KOKUA Program, the UH Mānoa office for students with disabilities. We serve undergraduate, graduate and professional students with learning, physical, psychiatric and other documented disabilities. In the spirit of "aloha" and respect, we work together – students, faculty, staff and KOKUA – to facilitate equal access for students with disabilities to the Mānoa experience.

This fund provides support for the KOKUA Program as it strives to create and ensure equal access to services, programs, and activities of the University of Hawaii at Manoa by students with physical and/or mental disabilities.
This fund was established in recognition and appreciation of the long years of service Ann Ito devoted to KOKUA, the program which provides access services to students with disabilities to ensure their full participation.
