This email was sent to all employees of the University of Hawaiʻi, 10-campus system on August 5, 2021.

Aloha UH employees,

Today, Gov. David Ige announced vaccination and testing requirements for state and county employees. These are scheduled to take effect on August 16.

To assist with the state’s effort, the University of Hawaiʻi is working with the unions to develop implementation procedures regarding vaccination and testing protocols for all UH employees. More details will be announced as they are finalized.

Meanwhile, all employees are encouraged to upload their vaccination information to Lumisight UH.

Upload vaccination information to Lumisight UH

Employees who receive their vaccination can upload their COVID-19 documentation into the LumiSight UH app. For those who use the app on their smartphone/mobile device, click on “Health” and then “Vaccination History.” Those using the app online should click on “Vaccine” in the upper left hand corner.

Find a testing center around the state. Click on “COVID-19 Testing Sites” at the top for the latest list.
