The University Housing (formerly known as Faculty Housing) program would like to welcome you to the University of Hawaiʻi community and offer our assistance in your transition to living in Honolulu.
Our program is designed to provide our available housing resources to new UH employees during their initial years at the University.
The three University Housing properties are conveniently located near the Mānoa campus and provide opportunity for you to interact with other University families, as well as with our gracious neighboring communities.
- Waʻahila Apartments are situated closest to the main campus with views from some units of Diamond Head.
- Both Kauʻiokahaloa Nui Apartments and Kauʻiokahaloa Iki Condominiums are deeper in verdant Mānoa Valley and one block from a shopping complex. (“Nui” is Hawaiian for “big”; “iki” for “small.”)
Please explore our website to learn more about the properties and the application process. You should know, however, that we have an extremely limited quantity of units available at this time.
If you have any questions, feel free to call our office at 808-956-8449.
